  • VIOGNIER (Dry White) Rich and buttery, with mouth-watering notes of apricot, peach and honeysuckle and tangerine.   Viognier has a lovely combination of perfumed, floral aromatics and stone fruit flavors which help to give it a rounded, smooth finish.

  • SEYVAL BLANC (Semi Dry White) Crisp green apple, pineapple & pear notes.  Pair with seafood, Asian cuisine or salty hors d'oeuvres.

  • ROSE (Dry) Brilliant pale pink color leads to a light and refreshing wine with floral notes of strawberry, honeydew & rose petals. 

  • HGW (Semi Dry Red) Bordeaux style blend.  Grapes are acquired from the finest grape growing region of Sonoma California.   Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot.  Smooth with a buttery finish. 

  • OLD  VINE ZINFANDEL (Dry Red) Grapes  are acquired are acquired  from one hundred year old vines, from the finest grape growing region of Lodi California.  Flavors of ripe wild berry, spice and zesty pepper.  Pair with any barbecue dish.

  • MALBEC (Dry Red) Grapes are acquired from the finest grape growing region of Lodi California.   Coffee, black pepper, black cherry, leather and plum.  Chill for half an hour, which will cool the wine, just below room temperature, and will allow you to experience Malbec's full depth of flavor.

  • BAROLO (Dry Red) Grapes are acquired from Piedmont Italy.  They call this wine "The Wine of Kings" and The King of Wines."   Flavors of rose, tobacco, herbs, red berries, coffee & chocolate, truffles and other earthy notes, such as hazelnuts. 

  • PETIT  VERDOT 100% (Dry Red)  Petit Verdot gained fame as blending grape for making Bordeaux style wine.  A complex wine with 14 different notes, ranging from bell pepper, mushroom, smoke to a slightly lighter black cherry.  Was thought to be discovered by Ancient Romans.  A cellar wine that can age 100 years.  Pairing this wine with steak is perfection. 

  • NORTON (Dry Red) Missouri's official state grape.  Rich and bold flavors of coffee, chocolate & raspberry.  Similar to Cabernet but with more spice.  

  • ICE WINE CABERNET (Dessert Wine) Most Ice Wines are produced using a white grape varietal.   To make this unique, we only use Cabernet grapes.  Dark and rich flavors of black cherry & blackberries.  Tastes like biting into frozen grapes.  Pair this with any desert dish.

  • CHOCOLATE PORT (Dessert Wine)  We saved the best for last.  This is a perfect way to end an evening with a book, blanket by the fireplace wine.  Chambourcin wine distilled and aged to perfection to create a light brandy with infused chocolate & caramel extract.  Smooth with a stunning finish.
